On Friday, August 14, 2026, Vibra Energia (VBBR3) approved, in a meeting of the Board of Directors, the declaration of Interest on Equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) for the 2026 fiscal year, in the total gross amount of R$ 499,407,124.29. The amount corresponds to R$ 0.41736421842 per share issued by the company, excluding treasury shares, and the per-share amount is estimated and may be adjusted depending on any trading of treasury shares.
Shareholders of record at the close of trading on B3 on September 21, 2026, considering trades executed on that date, will be entitled to the JCP. As of September 22, 2026, Vibra’s shares will trade ex-rights to the JCP.
The JCP will be paid in a single installment on November 16, 2027, without monetary adjustment or compensation between the declaration date and the payment date. Withholding income tax will be deducted at source from the gross amount due to each shareholder, in accordance with legislation, except for shareholders that are tax-exempt or immune.
The credits will be made according to the bank details registered with Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A., the bookkeeper of Vibra Energia’s shares. Shareholders without a CPF/CNPJ or without updated bank, branch and checking account information will only receive the amounts after updating their registration, within the time frames defined by the bookkeeper. Investors with shares in custody will have the credit made according to the procedures adopted by the depository institutions.
