On Thursday, August 13, 2026, Três Tentos Agroindustrial (TTEN3) reported an update to its operating projections for 2026, estimating total origination of 6,530 thousand tons of grains, consisting of 4,800 thousand tons of soybeans, 1,300 thousand tons of corn and sorghum, 250 thousand tons of wheat, and 180 thousand tons of canola. The company also announced the discontinuation of the projected information for 2025.

For the soybean complex in 2026, Três Tentos projects origination of 4,800 thousand tons, with 3,091 thousand tons of soybeans processed and 1,709 thousand tons allocated to trading. The projections also indicate production of 2,443 thousand tons of soybean meal and 740 of soybean oil and/or biodiesel, considering the quantity of oil in thousand tons and biodiesel in thousand cubic meters.

In the corn complex in 2026, the company estimates origination of 1,300 thousand tons, with 500 thousand tons of corn processed and 800 thousand tons for trading. The projections also include 150 thousand tons of DDGs and 220 thousand cubic meters of ethanol. The other projections contained in item 3.1 of the reference form were maintained.

Três Tentos emphasizes that these projections are estimates based on assumptions and forecasts subject to market risks and uncertainties, do not constitute performance promises, and that actual results may differ from those projected.
