Raízen (RAIZ4) approved on Thursday, July 23, 2026, the appointment of Felix Faber as vice-chairman of the board of directors, replacing Anna Mascolo, nominated by shareholder Shell Brazil Holding BV.
Felix Faber holds a degree in Business Administration and has more than 26 years of experience in the energy sector, having worked across the entire value chain of Shell’s downstream and renewable energy businesses, including marine fuels, lubricants, mobility, trading and supply, and strategy.
Over the course of his career, Faber has held leadership positions such as CEO, senior vice president and country chairman in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Turkey, in addition to serving on the boards of Shell group companies, industry associations and joint ventures such as Shell Panolin, JOSLOC and Shell Vivo Lubricants.
Felix Faber’s term of office is effective as of July 23, 2026 and will continue until the next Raízen General Meeting to be convened after that date, at which time his election is expected to be ratified to complete the current term.
