On Thursday, July 23, 2026, Allos (ALOS3) announced the final gross amount of interim dividends to be paid for the current fiscal year. The amount was set at R$ 0.291941424 per share, after a change in the number of the company’s treasury shares.

The dividend payment is scheduled for August 4, 2026 and will be made on a net basis, with withholding income tax deducted at source in accordance with applicable legislation, except for shareholders who can prove tax immunity or exemption.

Non-resident shareholders who are not subject to withholding income tax must request tax exemption on the dividends through their custodial agents in B3’s Central Depository for Equities system, so that it can be forwarded to Allos’s bookkeeping agents.
