On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Méliuz (CASH3) reported that Banco BTG Pactual, together with its subsidiaries, has come to hold approximately 6,987,120 common shares of the company, which corresponds to about 6.17% of the total common shares outstanding.

In addition to this equity position, BTG Pactual reported that it holds cash-settled derivative instruments referenced to Méliuz common shares, which give it a short exposure equivalent to 4,955,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 4.37% of the total shares outstanding.

According to the announcement, BTG Pactual’s stake is intended solely for financial transactions, with no intention of changing the control or management structure of Méliuz, nor of reaching any specific shareholding threshold. The company also reported that it will update its Reference Form to reflect these changes, in accordance with CVM regulations.
