On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Unifique Telecomunicações (FIQE3) approved the distribution of interest on equity (JCP, Juros sobre Capital Próprio) related to fiscal years 2021 and 2022, in the total gross amount of R$ 30 million, which represents R$ 0.077032959 per share, considering 389,443,694 common shares outstanding, already excluding treasury shares.
According to the company, the net amount of this JCP after tax may be attributed to the minimum mandatory dividend for the 2026 fiscal year. The amount was calculated based on the Long-Term Interest Rates (TJLP) applicable to each fiscal year, in accordance with current legislation.
Shareholders of record as of July 24, 2026 will be entitled to the JCP, and Unifique’s shares will trade ex-interest on B3 as from July 27, 2026, inclusive. Payment is expected to be made in a single installment on August 5, 2026.
The gross JCP amount will be subject to withholding of Income Tax at source at a rate of 17.5%, except for shareholders that are exempt or immune, or domiciled in jurisdictions with a different rate, provided they prove this status by July 27, 2026, by submitting documentation to the company’s investor relations email.
The company also states that the approved JCP refers solely to this resolution and is not complementary to the distributions for the 2021 or 2022 fiscal years. The deduction of the amount for purposes of calculating Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Income (CSLL) will be made in the 2026 fiscal year.
