On Friday, July 17, 2026, JSL (JSLG3) presented projections for 2030, estimating gross revenue of R$ 21.4 bn and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of R$ 3.7 bn. For comparison, in the last 12 months ended in the first quarter of 2026, the company posted gross revenue of R$ 11.3 bn and EBITDA of R$ 2.0 bn.

According to the presentation, between the third quarter of 2020 and the last 12 months through the first quarter of 2026, gross revenue rose from R$ 3.3 bn to R$ 11.4 bn, while EBITDA increased from R$ 0.4 bn to R$ 2.0 bn, representing average annual growth rates of 25% and 33%, respectively.

In the same period through the first quarter of 2026, JSL also reported net revenue of R$ 9.693 bn, adjusted EBITDA of R$ 1.994 bn, adjusted EBITDA margin of 20.6%, return on invested capital (ROIC) of 14.6%, leverage of 2.8 times, and cumulative net capex since the third quarter of 2020 of R$ 4 bn.
