As of 1:20 p.m. this Thursday, the Ibovespa was down 0.73%, at 174,731.47 points, in line with the weakening seen throughout the morning. Among the most traded stocks, Anima Educação (ANIM3) extended gains and climbed 10.36% to R$ 2.13, while Paranapanema (PMAM3) remained the biggest loser of the session, falling 12.12% to R$ 0.29.
On the positive side, in addition to ANIM3, Recrusul (RCSL4) remained among the top intraday gainers, trading at R$ 0.46, up 6.98%, repeating the percentage seen in a previous update of this session. Lojas Quero-Quero (LJQQ3) rose 5.93% to R$ 1.25, while CSN Mineração (CMIN3) advanced 4.77% to R$ 5.49. Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) rounded out the list of the five biggest gainers, quoted at R$ 0.93, up 4.49%.
Among the biggest losers, after PMAM3, Gafisa (GFSA3) retreated 4.08% to R$ 0.47, maintaining a negative performance in this session amid a week of recent pressure on the stock. Even (EVEN3) fell 3.89% to R$ 5.19, while Braskem (BRKM5) traded at R$ 6.17, down 3.74%. Espaçolaser (ESPA3) was among the negative highlights, quoted at R$ 8.12, a drop of 3.56%.
Compared with earlier readings in the session, the Ibovespa slightly trimmed losses from the 0.80% decline seen earlier, but remained in negative territory. ANIM3 intensified its gains, climbing from an 8.81% rise to 10.36%, while PMAM3 pared losses compared with the 15.15% plunge recorded in the middle of the morning, but still held the top spot among the decliners on B3 in this early afternoon.
