In the banking sector, Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) completed the sale of its retail operation in Colombia, Santander Brasil (SANB11) reported profit of R$ 3 billion in 2Q26 and Banco Santander announced an exchange tender offer (OPA) involving shares of the Brazilian bank.
