Iguatemi (IGTI11) reported this Wednesday, July 15, 2026, that it has updated the amounts of the early dividend distribution for 2026, due to share buybacks carried out in recent months. The total remaining amount of R$ 100 million, referring to the 3rd and 4th installments, now corresponds to up to R$ 0.02409895317 per common share, R$ 0.07229685950 per preferred share and R$ 0.16869267217 per unit (a bundle of shares traded together), already excluding the treasury shares outstanding on the record date of the 3rd installment.

According to Iguatemi (IGTI11), the 3rd installment will have a record date of July 15, 2026, with shares trading ex-dividend as of July 16, 2026 and payment scheduled for July 29, 2026. The 4th installment will have a record date of October 15, 2026, an ex-dividend date of October 16, 2026 and payment on October 29, 2026.

The company also recalled that another R$ 100 million, equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the early dividend distribution, has already been paid on March 5, 2026 and April 29, 2026, based on record dates of February 19, 2026 and April 14, 2026, when R$ 0.02407431461 and R$ 0.02414266586 per common share, R$ 0.07222294382 and R$ 0.07242799757 per preferred share, and R$ 0.16852020225 and R$ 0.16899866100 per unit were credited, respectively.
