At the close of today’s session on B3, the Ibovespa ended down 0.37% at 176,010.90 points. Among the main moves of the day, highlights included Paranapanema (PMAM3), which closed up 17.86% at R$ 0.33, and Anima Educação (ANIM3), which finished the day down 32.75% at R$ 1.93.
On the positive side, in addition to PMAM3, shares of Enjoei (ENJU3) gained 10.71%, closing at R$ 0.93. Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3) also advanced, up 6.94% to R$ 2.62. Recrusul (RCSL4) rose 4.76% to R$ 0.44, while Gerdau (GGBR4) ended the session up 4.25%, trading at R$ 24.31.
Among the biggest losers of the day, ANIM3 led the declines, falling 32.75% and closing at R$ 1.93. Camil Alimentos (CAML3) dropped 17.81%, ending the session at R$ 4.43. Gafisa (GFSA3) retreated 10.71%, with shares closing at R$ 0.50. Azevedo & Travassos Energia (AZTE3) finished down 7.30% at R$ 1.27, while Azevedo & Travassos (AZEV4) slipped 6.25%, ending the session at R$ 1.20.
Throughout the session, PMAM3 extended its gains compared with earlier levels in the day, while ANIM3 remained sharply lower through the close. ENJU3, which had already appeared among the top gainers at other times during the session, ended the day still in positive territory, alongside PCAR3, RCSL4, and GGBR4 on the list of the day’s five biggest advances.
