In this morning’s trading on B3, the Ibovespa was down 0.27% at 176,190.95 points compared to the previous close. Among the standout stocks, Paranapanema (PMAM3) was up 14.29% at R$ 0.32, while Anima Educação (ANIM3) fell 29.97% to R$ 2.01, among the biggest swings of the session so far.
On the gainers’ side, in addition to PMAM3, Recrusul (RCSL4) was up 2.38%, trading at R$ 0.43, and Banco Mercantil (BMEB4) rose 2.14% to R$ 63.43. Among stocks linked to the construction sector, MRV Engenharia e Participações (MRVE3) gained 1.86% to R$ 4.93. In the fuel distribution segment, Ultrapar (UGPA3) advanced 1.63%, quoted at R$ 30.60.
On the losing side, in addition to the drop in ANIM3, Camil Alimentos (CAML3) retreated 14.10% to R$ 4.63. In the healthcare sector, Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) fell 7.29% to R$ 0.89, while Gafisa (GFSA3) lost 7.14%, trading at R$ 0.52. Blau Farmacêutica (BLAU3) rounded out the list of the biggest decliners, down 5.54% at R$ 9.72.
Compared with the session’s open, when the Ibovespa was already down and AZUL3 ranked among the top gainers, the index remained in negative territory, now with PMAM3 and ANIM3 posting the largest moves among the stocks tracked in this intraday.
