At the close of Tuesday’s trading session on the B3, the Ibovespa ended up 0.51% at 176,641.10 points, while Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) jumped 26.32% to R$ 0.96 and Raízen (RAIZ4) fell 6.06% to R$ 0.31, as the biggest gainer and biggest loser of the day, respectively.

On the positive side, Oncoclínicas (ONCO3) extended the gains seen in the previous session, when it climbed as much as 25.00%, and consolidated its position as the top performer of today’s trading, ending at R$ 0.96, up 26.32%. Paranapanema (PMAM3) was also among the highlights, advancing 16.67% to R$ 0.28. CVC (CVCB3) closed at R$ 1.38, an increase of 10.40%. Enjoei (ENJU3) ended the day at R$ 0.84, up 7.69%, while Espaçolaser (ESPA3) rose 7.38%, closing at R$ 8.44.

Among the biggest declines, Raízen (RAIZ4) ended the session down 6.06% at R$ 0.31, after having remained outside the main moves in earlier intraday updates. CSN Mineração (CMIN3), which earlier was down 5.50%, closed at R$ 5.14, a drop of 5.69%. Grupo Pão de Açúcar - GPA (PCAR3) ended the day at R$ 2.46, down 5.02%. Gafisa (GFSA3), which in a previous update was down 6.90%, pared losses and closed at R$ 0.56, a decline of 3.45%. Technos (TECN3) rounded out the list of the five biggest losers, sliding 3.17% to close at R$ 9.46.

As a result, the session closed with the Ibovespa in positive territory, while small caps in the consumer, services and construction segments, such as ONCO3, PMAM3, CVCB3, ENJU3, ESPA3, RAIZ4, CMIN3, PCAR3, GFSA3 and TECN3 concentrated the day’s biggest swings on the B3.
